Could my luck be turning? Last year was a horrible year, one that I need to forget and move on from. From my personal life to my professional life, nothing went right. A simple issue like taking leave shows how bad my luck was. The first time I took leave, my colleagues wanted to go for a company excursion and I din go for it. The second time I took leave, my two bosses were not around and made for a peaceful day which I missed. The third, fourth and fifth time I tried to take leave, it got cancelled because it seems I am "indispensible" at least to my supervisor who can't seem to take any responsibility for any work.

But this year the first leave I took, I missed a super hectic day at the office where my team was hounded by my supervisors and I was not ard! for the first time, I took leave at the best time possible!
